My Equinox was in for CPO Maintenance which includes oil change and tire rotation. Upon getting home, many of the lug nuts were missing the plastic aesthetic cover and not replaced which they should have been. The service department is hit or miss with quality of work. Haven’t had time to show service manager my concern but will when work allows.

The service was good, but I found a coupon sent to me 2 days prior to my service on my email that I did not notice till checking my emails that night after service. I called the dealer to see if I could apply it before my check was processed, but was told I could not because billing for the day had been processed. The coupon is only good 11/4/25- 1/4/26. I don’t think I will be doing another service in this time frame, except a potential oil change that is not covered by the coupon. I just want to know if it can be applied on a future service because I missed out.

Vehicle had to be brought in for an unexpected service due to the engine light being on and a faulty evaporator pump. The issue was diagnosed quickly and the vehicle repaired the same day. Cindy was friendly and contacted us timely to advise of the issue and the repairs made. They also accommodated us being able to pick up the vehicle after hours due to our work schedule.
